Aromas of crushed black pepper, with hints of berries and vanilla are signatures of this wine. Full-bodied, with extremely polished tannins, rich berry and vanilla flavors. A slightly austere, dry and long finish which mellow with age. Characteristics: These wines are the descendants of the antique vines of the Aglianico vineyard which I turn originates from the Greek vines from which they took their name. The Aglianico acquires its denomination after a three year aging process. Two of which is carried out in oak casks, and the denomination of reserve after four years. Two years in large Slanovian oak barrels and French barriques. Refined between 12 to 24 months.Food pairing: Red Meats. Game. Mushrooms. Spiced and truffle dishes.
