Characteristics: Starts with good intensity and bright fruit with aromas of poached pears, Fuji apples, tropical fruits and hints hyacinth blossoms. This medium-bodied wine has a wonderful, even feel and great balance as it glides across the palate. The fruit in the nose is evidenced nicely on the palate while exhibiting nice crispness married with the softening effect of 10% malolactic and the judicious use of French oak. Aged 10 months in French Oak; 25% new French.
