Characteristics: Grape: 50% Barbera DAlba, 50% Nebbiolo. Color: Intense Ruby Red. Bouquet: Intense, full and fresh fruity sensation. Taste: Fresh. Fully balance taste. Characteristics: This wine is made with two typical varieties from Piedmont: Nebbiolo and Barbera. The grapes are harvested in late October and blended in equal proportions. Then they are fermented and aged in French oak barrels for ten days. After the alcoholic fermentation the wine is racked into barriques where it develops the malo-lactic fermentation and it ages for about a year. After six months in barrels of medium size it is ready to be bottled. Food pairing: Pasta dishes, meats and cheeses.
